2020 Sponsors & Exhibitors

In place of our normal Networking Reception that happens at our annual Park City WTS, we are able to offer a Virtual Expo Hall during this year’s Online WTS.  The Virtual Expo Hall will open the day before the Online WTS (on Wed 10/14), and will remain open throughout the Symposium (Thurs-Fri 10/15-10/16).  Participants will be encouraged to visit the Virtual Expo Hall during lunch breaks and at the start and end of each day of the Online WTS, and can also visit during the scheduled workshop times.

Virtual Expo Booths can include an embedded video (YouTube or Vimeo) or a Google Slide show about your organization that attendees can view when visiting the booth.  Attendees can also leave their contact info for you and request follow-up, and you will receive a list of everyone who attended your booth during the Online WTS.

We have kept the fee for the Virtual Expo Booth ($150) the same as for our normal in-person Networking Reception, and this fee does NOT include any registrations to the Online WTS, so your staff should register separately to attend the Symposium at the Hopin link above if they would like to attend the online workshops.

To register for a Virtual Expo Booth, please complete the Expo Hall google form online.  Please complete form prior to Tues 10/13/20 in order to be included in this year’s WTS Virtual Expo Hall.
